Hello creative nation!

I hope you all are getting ready for an exciting weekend! yeah! feel the energy! :)

For those of you designing and developing templates for websites I have a short observation.

Usually photographers have a flickr account (at least those in the pro arena) and from my clients I know, that they will like to see an additional item for galleries:

Gallery —> Gallery Name 1

--—->Gallery Name 2

--—->Gallery Name 3

--—- RECENT PHOTOS

Where Recent Items is a gallery pulling photos from the photographer’s flickr account. These have an implementation as a widget on the sidebars, but have not seen anything for a gallery.

Pros:

1. Uploading photos to flickr is so much easy.

2. Usually photographers don’t update their websites as frequent and it takes a little bit more time through the WP dashboard.

Ideas:

1. Is there any way to have a desktop app to upload photos to your WP site? similar to the toolbars that flickr, vimeo and other sharing websites have.

Thanks for your time and happy designing! I’m more than happy to give more feedback. Im a super happy buyer… :)
