Don’t forget, buyers can change their ratings now! Give them good customer service and they will probably change it if you ask them to! Treat it like eBay rep! Just my two cents :)

Thanks! It didn’t sound rude and it did not offend. I was and probably am still trying to be friendly and helpful with my customers. But maybe it’s time to switch the game!
You always want to be friendly and helpful with your customers.

You just have to make everything easy and obvious.

For example, on your description page, use a larger font for the headings. Flesh out that information. Create a page on your demo with the same information. Take the tutorial info that comes with your theme and add that to the demo as well… pages are free, make as many as you want. :)

Jordan, when someone comes to you and says your file sucks and it’s not what he searched for, I think customer support is no longer a option.

This customer was a nightmare… I just extended a opinion to buyers. Pleas read the description. I for one, always include everything you need in the description, then one guy comes along and goes “I thought it does that ” ...

It’s like buying a old Toyota Prius, then going… It doesn’t have a 16l engine with double turbo?! I mean come on!

christopherjon I understand what you are saying, but, if you are ready to buy something, reading a 3 minute description is not something incredibly hard to do, but I’ll take your advice and update the descriptions! I’m curious if it works! :)
