Delete licence and money back?

my question is very easy. I’ve bought a Salutation theme, but I’ve never really understand how use it.

I always have the licence, but I can’t use it. Can I sell my licence ? Or can you delete her and repay me ?

If it’s not possible I understand. But I would to know

I don’t think you can resell your theme at TF , But you can always check the documentation/help file that must have come along with the theme..that contains most of the help you will need to understand the theme , else as activetofocus suggested ... Submit a ticket http://support.envato.com/

i think its impossible before you buy that theme you have agree that you cant get refund whatever the reason except the file was broken

I’m just going through the forums, finishing people’s questions.

You are not allowed to sell your license, however, you are eligible for a refund if the product is faulty.

Unfortunately, if you downloaded the product and don’t understand how to use it, you’re not eligible for a refund. You’re best to simply contact the theme author and ask for some help and support.

If you’re nice about it, you never know, they may just throw in an extra theme which they’ve got elsewhere!

It’s worth a try asking for a refund, but I really don’t think you’re going to get one unless it’s broken or faulty.
