I still have the thumbnail of one of my old soft rejected fonts in my Hidden folder. Usually they disappear after Acceptance, but this one is still there more than a year! If i delete it myself will my apporoved item disappear??

When You open your hidden item, has it the regular price? If not, You can just delete it as it isn’t the same file as your approved.

This happend to me once…. long time before. I didn’t update the soft rejected item, but uploaded it again and after approval the soft rejected item was still there. I have deleted it and my original item is still in my portfolio.

You should also be able to look at the item id number in the url. Different items have different item id’s.
