Design still not good enough?

Can someone tell me what i am doing wrong? my design did not get approved because:

“This File Did Not Meet Our Criteria

1. This is not aesthetic ready for PSD Template. 2. The typography and content padding/spacing need improvements. 3. The overall design need lot of improvements as well.”

• Change the logo, keep it simple.
• Use a different font for the content. (tahoma or lucida sans)
• Change the line-height of the content text, set it to 18 or 20 px.
• Keep the margins the same everywhere.
• Leave more space between the navigation and content.
• Leave more space between the welcome text and the featured section.
• Change the color of the headlines.
• Work on the navigation, its an important part of the site.

Lot of work to do here but i have one big advice for you, just don’t give up and keep on working on it until you succeed.
