Design Suggestion, we need help!!!

Your image is very small Can’t see anything. The only thing I can guess is that you want to move the contents toward the borders of the background, but maybe you’re not understanding the layout (this is optimized for 960 width like every theme here). The site is fixed and centered, the background is completely visible only if your screen is large enough

In any case, I would like to see a bigger image and bve able to check your suggestions!

Just because you’re an “elite author” doesn’t mean that it’ll automatically accepted.

The typography isn’t very good, especially the headings.

The darker background doesn’t look good at all.

Other than that, it’s rather plain. If you want a simple design, atleast make it look good

It completely lacks vertical rhythm and has a few spacing issues such as the title/paragraph to the right of the slider, why such a big space between?

It also all fights for attention leaving you without a clue where to look first.

This will be a freebie, I see that isn’t good enough for this marketplace.

I just want to add 0.02$

1. Like few other said – BG is horrible.

2. The ways you use does 3 “main” colors doesn’t make sense.

3. You’ve got there massive empty areas with horrible bg.

4. I won’t agree with reviewer that this theme isn’t unique – you just simply tried to make it weird too much IMO ;P

If you saying that you’ve 12 years experience in web design, than I have 11. I’ve started when I was 15 now I’m 27 and hey is that make me brilliant designer? No.

Design and Development are two different things – you might be top notch developer..

from what I see you’re just a narcissist, because not a number of sales make you a good designer, but knowledge and experience.

^ spicy tongue you have (which bg of the 10 you didn’t like and where did you see the wide empty areas? The theme is 960 wide and completely full of elements, there’s no wide empty space anywhere).

Precious suggestions, thanks for sharing your opinions. It’s never late to learn new things.

Btw, we have just started the next project… probably the Prix was an unlucky one. Stop talking, I need to go back to work.
