Designer Needs a Developer For Partnership!

Hy there everyone. As the thread title says i need a developer to partner with and sell here on TF (for one or more themes..depends on the partner…if i find one). I started to work on a new theme for selling here..BUT… i can’t code…and i don’t have time to learn html/css/php. My photoshop skill is between medium & semi-pro. The theme i want to work on is in design process ( only the homepage is ready) but if i found somebody who is interested in a partnership i can finish it in 2-3 days. If anyone is interested please post here and i will give my contact details to discuss the further informations.

Here is a screenshot for the homepage ( note that ” OUR LATEST PROJECTS ” section is clicked (active). That’s why the blog section is spaced down.

design looks good imo. What kind of partnership percentage are you offering? (don’t forgot that the developer will probably do most/all of the support)

Isn’t that the design you were working on last year as well? I remember you were searching for a dev back then too.

Yes.But we submited and got rejected…so i maked an improved version.

Bluz, the percentage wold be 40/60 and the dev would handle the support.

That design will get rejected. A developer would be wasting his/her time

This design in HTML or WordPress category would most certainly not get rejected…
Of course, when the coding is top notch.

I forgot to mention that the template will have 4 types of homepages and unique blog and portfolio features. I will reveal my ideas to a partner if anyone is interested in the proposal.

Can you justify please your oppinion? What improvements do you suggest and what mistakes do you noticed in the homepage design?

I also have the feeling it might get rejected. For example I see no visual difference between titles/headings and body text – all have the same color. The four icons in the main look kind of rugged to me. But in any case I wish you good luck
