Developer needed (let's start a collaboration)

Hello guys.

It’s been like a year since I last posted here (I think). I’m looking for a developer to collaborate with. I’m willing to discuss further and show my designs that needs to get done and sell (hopefully) here on ThemeForest.

Basically, I’ll send my designs (PSD only) first here and if it gets approved, you, being the developer may start developing the template into working HTML /CSS/PHP/Wordpress or any other frameworks and CMS that can be sold here on ThemeForest.

I’m looking for someone who has skills when it comes to responsive design and code.

I need someone who writes semantic and organized code.
