Development of "Envato style" web marketplace

I’d like to find someone to help me build a marketplace similar to the one we are on now! The site should allow users to create a new account, buy, sell and even trade items. It’s for a select group of people and products, so you don’t think I’m trying to start the next ebay! And has nothing to do with any of the products Envato is selling. I would think an ad on a job-seeking website would suit better, than this tbh. That would be a full-time job.
