Hello guys,

just to let you know – all my answers to comments on my dashboard are doubled for some reason. They look normal (single reply) when I hit the submit button, but when I refresh the page, they are all doubled (appear twice).

Hey Koev,

I have the same issue in Firefox (my main browser). I got sick of these double posts and I switched to Chrome (for commenting only :D) and the issue is resolved.

I also have some Javascript issues with Themeforest.net when browsing with Firefox. It is most probably an addon/plugin that is causing this conflict but I couldn’t find which one exactly (there is no JS issue in Chrome).
To be more specific this JS issue in Firefox started once I upgraded it to 27.x.x. Yesterday I upgraded it to 28.x but this did not make any change.

The problem I experience is sporadic – sometimes (50% of the time) when I hover an item thumbnail it doesn’t bring the popup image. When I go to the Item Page I do not see the Purchase button, there is just a gif loader all the time. If I refresh the page the issue is resolved and the Purchase button is shown.
So, I’m wondering if other guys have the same JS issues as mine :)

Absolutely the same here… and it’s been the same for more than a month.

Anyways, I don’t think changing the browser is THE solution. Imagine if we suggest the same to our clients when they ask for support…

@ DEVS: It’s not the ** IE6, but one of the major browsers! Fix it! Been reported hundred times since the last two months. There are people (buyers) reporting that they just CAN’T purchase what they want. What am I supposed to tell them??? “Change the ** browser, you idiots”???

That’s just not serious!

So it seems to be an issue with Themeforest/Marketplaces. I spent an hour yesterday trying to find out why Themeforest does not work well for me in Firefox. I disabled all plugins one by one, upgraded the browser, searched on Google for any known issues but I was not able to solve it or to find out what is causing it.

Yep, definitely agree changing the browser is not the solution.

@DEVS – Would you please really have a look at it? An official statement (reply from the staff) will be greatly appreciated :)

Ditto, I’m having these issues also. It’s getting very tiresome to keep reporting duplicate posts…....

Please be as specific as possible in your tickets with what browser, OS, steps you take, etc., so that Support can see if they can replicate the problem. Thanks!

Happens every time for me.

I assume someone already submitted a ticket. I don’t want to flood support with the same ticket over and over, but this does really need to be resolved as it looks really unprofessional with either duplicate comments everywhere or all sorts of flagged comments.

Can someone confirm they’ve submitted a support request and then update us when you hear back? Thanks!

Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback.

We have investigated the issue and it seems our script loader is having some issues in FireFox. We are working on fix and will post an update soon when it’s deployed.
