i didn’t receive any emails from envato ( solved thanks to Christian )

other authors didn’t receive my messages ( still a problem )

and i tried to send a message to my self via profile but didn’t received it.

so, the problem receive ( solved thanks to Christian ), send ( still a problem )

Same here. I don’t receive:
  1. Email notifications from item discussion page.
  2. Direct messages sent via contact form.
All settings on profile page are correct. Spam folder is empty.

One of my theme buyer sent me mail twice through my profile page contact form yesterday, haven’t received.

Working fine when checked with another account. Not sure if this is happening with some others too. Do I need to open support ticket, as it creates -ve opinion about support if I don’t reply to mail for more than 12hrs ( which I never received :) ). Thanks.
