did that user buy my file?

Hi,

Recently I took one of my items out from AD. Today I got an email from a user saying that he purchased the file I took out, and he’d like to re-download it, but can’t since it’s been taken out.

The thing is that when I press that email link where authors check if the sender actually boiugh the file, there’s nothing there.

So it’s like he never puchased it. Is it possible that he actually did buy it and it doesn’t show because I took it out? Because I don’t know whether to send him the files or not.

i’d say, just send the file.

If you took the file out how did he know you had it?

You can try to ensure the buyer is contacting with the correct account, sometimes they have multiple account.

You can always contact support for these kinds of situations. Simply include the buyers username and we’ll confirm it for you.

I’ve had this happen before. maybe once. Trust me, if there aint no proof, they be scammin’. Someone recently just contacted me saying they bought one of my files, but couldn’t download it again because they bought it on a membership that was banned. I don’t remember how it turned out. it was like 2 days ago. Lots have happened from then til’ now. Like sleep. Sorry.
