Distribute on magazine

Hi

Is it allowed to have one premium file distributed on a magazine as part of the included cd rom and at the same time have it on themeforest for sale in exclusive license?

Why should that be allowed?

Since i opted for exclusivity selling for themeforest marketplace and i shouldnt sell items on other sites being published here my question is if it’s the same for giving away the items for a special bundle on a magazine or other kind of distribution.

What I’m asking is, if you’re exclusive author and cannot sell your items elsewhere, why would you think that giving them away for free would be ok?

Ontopic: no, you cant redistribute your exclusive items in any other ways except selling them here.

As far as I know, only Envato can include your items (with your permission) into their own bundles.
