I am currently working on a theme that I am going to submit within the next couple of days. On the home page, I use a picture of myself and one of my friends (shows an example on how to display your content).
Do I need to get a model release form from my friend? If I do, would I print it out and have him sign it then scan it and upload it? (Or how would I go about doing this)

Once you print out the model release, have your friend sign it. Then scan the document and upload it to your server. In the comments to reviewer section, simply provide the link to the model release. It’s that simple!
