I know I have seen a couple but cannot find them now. I already have sikes http://activeden.net/item/flip-tab-image-rotator-v2/71937 which is very good but the look and stuff is very different.
I remember there was one which was excellent about 2 or 3 years ago it got massive sales but got withdrawn due to copyright issues.

One of the configuration in Sike’s rotator is very close to the one you are looking for! It could be made identical with very little modification
