Following the “do you smoke?” and “do you eat meat?”, now for all of you, do you eat sugar?

I´m trying to reduce, i don´t eat more chocolate or candies. I leave colas drinks. But is amazing, if you go to supermarket, even those products that are not sweet, have sugar. I discover a packet of salt, yes, salt, that says “sugar” on it´s ingredients.

I discover many things related to sugar, i suggest, for those interested on what are you eating, to research for it. For example, there´s a book called “Sugar Blues” that inform you about all the “behind scenes” of the sugar industry…. and in your body of course.

So, what you think?
I buy only brown sugar and use it sparingly (coffee/tea).

sorry for what i´m going to say, but, brown sugar is white sugar colored with burned sugar!!! yes, it´s true and you can research for that info. The process is the same. So, isn´t better.

rarepearldesign, what if you discover that is not a natural thing? That’s what happend to me, i realise searching for some disfunctions i had and guess what, i stoped drinking coke and chocolate and i’m better. In just two weeks. My brain works better, and also my entire body of course. But you can do what you want of course too.

A lot of stuff I eat isn’t natural :)

However, there are some things I also won’t touch and it’s not really because they aren’t natural but because they are terrible for you…and carbonated cola’s (coke) is one of them.

I do love beer though…it would take beer being proven 100% to cause cancer before I gave that up.
