Hi,

Can we request payment with Western Union or MoneyGram instead of using the methods they provide?

With these i/we can get the money instantly and even the exchange rate is pretty good.

Also do we request for payment on or before 15th of every month and receive it then or do we request it on 15th and they will make payment on 30th/end of every month?

If we request the payment on 15th and if they pay on 30th, Can we request to be paid all the amount we have in our account or can we only get the amount we specify/have while making the request?

Though most of these are already answered, Your answer will be very helpful.

1. No you can’t request your payment via those services

2. You need to request your payment before last day of the month, and that payment will be made on the 15th of the next month (if 15th falls under saturday/sunday, payment will be made in monday).

3. You can request to withdraw all money available on 23:59 of the last day of month for which you are requesting a refund for.

Seems like all payments are automated and they only support the payment methods they have listed.

No WesternUnion or MoneyGram is supported :(
