does item thumb/preview need review or not?

hey

i just updated some new thumbs/preview images. in all the cases i had to write a message for reviewer but then automatically changed once i clicked the button, except for 3 of them now in review queue.

it happens randomly or there is a secret mystical reason?

Updated preview images or thumbs or any other changes you might do to your item will need to be reviewed. Not sure how it happened that your items automatically changed after you pushed the button or maybe a reviewer was there on the update queue and you were lucky enough to have it updated that second.

well i’ve already updated thumbs in the past and all the times i had to wait for the reviewer approval. fair enough. but this time? a bit strange..

anyway, i missed the word ‘update’ in the title hehe

it happened again

waited 3 days to get a couple of thumb approved. 10 minutes ago the reviewer rejected them because i uploaded the thumb to the image preview field (it happens all the times _ )

well – i thought – let’s do it again! and thumbs got approved in 0,7 seconds, the same lapse of time the page needed to be reloaded.

still confused, but i can survive.

Every time I update thumbs (couple of days ago the last ones), they get updated instantly (the reload page time silence mentions). My preview images updates went for a review ofcourse.

pretty sure that preview images always go in review queue but it’s still a mistery why thumbs don’t follow the same measure
