Hi,
Although I’ve been developing Windows software for years, I’m new to the web front end dev. field.
I’ve bought a handful of templates from ThemeForest for my product sites, and I found that I spent a lot of time tweaking the CSS styles.
Firebug (or Chrome’s Dev. Tools) helped a lot, but the problem is that after tweaking the CSS values using those tools I still have to copy the changes back to my source files.
So I’m tried of that, and started writing LIVEditor (http://liveditor.com) about half a year ago.
While it’s not accurate, you can think LIVEditor = Text Editor + Live Html Preview + Firebug’s Html Inspector.
So what do you web coders think about LIVEditor? Am I (as a web-dev-newbie) just wasting my time or it’s really cool?
