Does this design still have potential?

Last year I was working on a template I never finished and today I thought on working on it again. I just wanted to know if it still has potential or maybe the design is old. Your feedback is welcome!

It is a nice and clean template, but the issue is gonna be uniqueness i think.

It looks EXACTLY like Orman Clarks themes. The whole layout, the structure, the purpose, the colors, the fonts… really?!

Thanks @Anps, the theme would have different color schemes, would that make it more unique?

@Mazoor: I do not think it looks like Orman Clarks themes. All templates have a similar structure, they have a slider, pictures from the portfolio and articles from the blog, this is because they need to be flexible and have a wide range of futures to satisfy the needs of the users. The font used in my theme are Helvetica Neue and MetaSerif. If the user wants to change them using google fonts, then everyone would be using the same fonts. As for the colours, what do you expect? A rainbow? The colors used are mainly white and gray. As for the purpose I do not know what you are referring to.

No just the colors will not change… you have to rethink the design a bit, add new unique features.
