I was wondering if, for example, I get a website PSD template accepted for sale, and then make a functional HTML website after it, is there a chance that the HTML version will be rejected, or vice-versa?
Assuming, of course, that it uses clean and valid code.
I”m asking because I saw some posts saying the PSD Template category has very high standards.
Yes there is a possibility the other versions will be rejected. Each category has it’s own standards so getting an item accepted in one does not guarantee the same design will be accepted in another.
Ok, thanks for clarifying.
PSD category is the hardest one to get accepted to so design-wise if your theme has been accepted into PSD it should be accepted to HTML and WP categories. The thing is that in PSD and WP review process there is very important factor of quality coding, so if your theme has the same design as PSD template previously accepted but lacks quality code it can still be rejected.
Thanks for the help.
