Hi there guys,
Ive just purchased the ExtraNews wordpress template but when downloading the theme, it stops at 2.8/3.0 MB (of 3.7MB) saying the file is unavailable due to a server error.
Other theme ive downloaden worked fine though…
any advice?

Personally, I have used both a Mac and a PC, three different browsers to try to download the files. I have tried opening a case previously with an “I’m sorry but we can’t do anything” type reply.

I used the service for two years without problems but now I have this problem for two weeks, I applied to support, the answer was pretty childish … but in the answer was still something that helped. I used an online proxy and it worked perfectly. For now I am in China and it is possible that there will be a security issue imposed.
