Have you imported the sample content as they suggest in the installation documentation?

Also, you have some javascript errors, so that’s another issue.

You should probably contact the author directly for support :)

If u have added the XML file then most likely the author does not own certain photos and cannot include them and the colour scheme is probably somewhere in the theme options BUT as the others said best bet is email the author. Good luck
