Ecommerce T Shirt Designer module/template

Hello I want to create t-shirt ecommerce website where clients can design their own tshirt and sell it in my site(after approving by me). It’s not a problem to use template, but what about Tshirt designer module?

Maybe it can be modified or something similar.

Maybe for Magento, or Virtuemart?
