Hello all,

Im guessing if it’s possible to edit my own comments on my own items, sometimes is needed and i dont see the option to do it, for example on this item:

I forgot to include the xml file the first time so i set up a temporary url for the user to download it while the files at flashden were updated, see the second comment, now that all the files are ok ill delete that temporary file but then that comment will be useless and nonsense.

There is a way to update it to just “Files updated” or something?

I understand that on other items you cant change your comments but on yours that possibility its really needed, specially when giving support that way to the buyers.

Email support and tell them which comments you would like to edit / remove and your reasons why, they will probably sort it out for you.

Flag the comment. A moderator will look into it, whether it’d be editing or removing a comment.

oh, btw. I didn’t suggest flagging an item comment as it will replace your comment with a message saying that the message has been flagged and will be reviewed shortly which doesn’t look good from q buyer’s point of view :)
