I finally got the time to learn HTML / CSS . I was wondering if you guys would have some time to tell me what you think about my first shot.

what you maybe (but not necessary) could add is…
- a portfolio section with some thumbnails that open a lightbox by clicking on it
- a download vCard/CV button
- an “available for work” button

Why don’t you just submit it? You will never know if it gets accepted before you try it. If it does get accepted you will not need any more suggestions, and I’m sure once it gets rejected you will get them. Asking for suggestions on how to make it better is pretty useless if you do not even know if it needs to get improved.
