(Locked) Elastico Theme just vanished

Hi there,

Why is Elastico Theme just gone? I’ve bought it recently, and started to work on it today. Wanted to check the online demo just to figure out some things and noticed it is gone.

So, has anyone used this theme before, any way I can get some support?

Unfortunately authors can delete themes from the marketplaces at anytime. If you know the authors profile page still you can try and contact them to answer any questions you might have though.

If I can’t use it, will I be able to get another theme of the same price?

Nice, thanks again.

But now looks like it’s just me, myself and I… no more demo to navigate and have ideas or references. Muuuuch harder that way, I have to say.

Install the XML file and work from that – then you can see the demo and work as you go from that

By install you mean import? I can’t find the file… (newby feelings…)

And I have to be fair: just noticed that there is a documentation folder on the package I downloaded. I haven’t looked it before, will check it now anyway.

Yeah check that, it (hopefully) will tell you everything you need to know to upload the theme along with a way to contact the author if you have any questions… That is if he/she still wants to offer support on that item.

Yup check the documentation. The author has said that the file is down due to legal reasons and we need to respect his decision and privacy while that is the case. Good luck
