I have recently just purchased the elastico theme, and now I see that it has been removed and that the creator is having ‘legal difficulties’. Will I have issues if I start to build a site with this theme, and if it’s closed down or suspended, will i be able to get a refund? I just don’t want to have wasted my money and time building something that will have to be shut down.
