hi. i have the project which is already selling on VH, I have remade it with E3D. I want to have the project as E3D on VH. How the best to do it – just upload new project or make a new project with both E3D and prerender options. Do I need to remove the current project with prerender only. Sorry if the same topic’s been discussed already, haven’t found it. If so pls just give me the link.

Just take a look at the previous post by Mark and follow those links (page 4), you can find enough informations and guidelines to comply with the license.

prerender project was done in 3ds Max with shades etc… an answer to my question is still required

There’s a new logo opener on the front page that uses pre-rendered elements from E3D. I won’t add a link, but it;s sports related. They’ve not even uploaded it as an Element project, just a normal logo opener with pre-rendered Element footage.

I think that fact that he’s included in the description that it’s an Element 3D render means there’s a bit of confusion over the rules. If he knew he was in the wrong then he would have left that line out or not uploaded it in the first place. Sure… there’s been a lot covered on what can and can’t be used for Element 3D projects, but not on normal projects.
