Hello, I’m afraid that what you bought is not a Wordpress plugin but just a CSS item.

but i searched under Wordpress! And i also bought hello tab plugin.. It is not working either! Codecanyon is like this!!!!!

Well, when I see the Wordpress category now, there are 2 search fields, and the first one returns results for the whole marketplace (the other one below targets the category you’re browsing). Concerning the other product you bought, the best is to contact the author first. I’m not any kind of official staff member here so if you have any doubt, feel free to contact support from here.
