Design looks outdated
Colours need rethinking
Font choice needs work incl. typography especially on buttons and some of the spacing
Some alignment issues
Buttons look weak especially the shadows

The big one: Looks like on some of the sections you have a background image? (layout 4 you will have a problem creating two columns with separate images and the “rocky” background without one?) This is a REALLY bad idea in email templates. Gmail and other clients cannot read bg images and it can cause all sort of issues in other clients
