Is it necessary to have a own hosting? because in the uploading form I see a line something like this [ Demo URL >> Link to a live preview on your own hosting (i.e. http://my-site.com/demo/). ] I have no hosting site… Now what to do .. Please help me :)

Definitely if you want to work here you must have your own hosting .. themeforest only host pictures .. i mean without hosting you can sell only PSD themes .. maybe some free host can be the solution but it would be unprofessional & will bring more problems ..
