graphic4444 is right but to be honest I am not very familiar how I send DMCAs, so for now i suggest lets all of us this week make request in their website I am sure that this will have effect, if not we`ll try to make it from envato not from each authors

Hello, in the famous website for $ 5 I also found many of my own templates. I even found a user with my name and logo. I am very concerned that this may give me problems. I would like to make clear that user is not me… but I do not know where or how. The problem is that my brand is just a user name and anyone can use it, is not a legal prove of identity, but can hinder my credibility and thus my sales.
I hope some of you find a solution. If you need anything from me, please let me know. I am willing to contribute in some way.

Unbelievable. 2 minutes on that site and I find a bunch of postings with videohive products. Just go to the $5 website / yourpromovideos and you will see for yourself.
Haven’t seen any of mine yet… I guess the main perk of being just an average seller is that no one wants to copy and abuse your work

Okay, a lot of people asking for links and stuff and as we all know the forum is not the right place to post that kind of stuff, so I decided to create a mailing list (google group) where authors can subscribe, post and get informed about illegal distributed files.
I will open a new topic about this.
