I’ve seen in a lot of posts people being advised to encrypt their files. After browsing the internet a few minutes I saw that there is software to convert swf’s to fla’s. Anyone can explain me how to keep my files protected? Are the files at Flashden protected?

I’m pretty sure FD encrypts all the files that get posted, but Im not positive. I too dont know how to do this and it seems pretty important. Of course, you cant stop ‘em all.

hey FJ, do you know if Amayeta SWF Encrypt work for Flash 9? On the site it says “Optimized for Flash 6, 7 and 8” but nothing about CS3 …

Hey guys thank you for the feedback. Tell me one other thing if you know, if someone “rips” your file do they get all the code involved, images, fonts, ... ?

Guys, there is a software called SwfDecompiler which will take a swf and convert it into a working fla. BUT , for a swf file that is encrypted (best encryption software is indeed Amayeta Swf Encrypt, which we use) there is NO way for one to decompile it and get a working fla file.
