I think more info available like;
- Have sales set as goals (and we get to see stats for them individual goals like google analytics)
- country stats would be nice (may be good info if i want to make my item international friendly)
- Allow us to use campaign tags in our items (eg http://support.google.com/googleanalytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=55578 )
and finally a API so we can make custom tools (one with good documentation this time please 
)

Referral Tracking as everyone else has mentioned, conversion rates and traffic funnels would also be nice.
If not, at least provide us with a way to specify a tracking pixel or callback URL when sales are made so we can do our own reporting with tools like Prosper202
