Yes, that’s strange. One of my ticket from October 2012 is still without response. :D
Maybe the reply got caught in a spam filter? I don’t see any outstanding tickets for you, but then again I’m not Support so maybe I’m missing something. Do you still have your ticket number?

My guess would be the ticket was closed. If I worked at a support desk and there was a 5 month old ticket, I’d close it too. Otherwise it would look like I wasn’t doing my job.

The ticket not being open doesn’t necessarily mean it was resolved. It just means it was closed.

Wow Kingdog, you have time to reply to a reply to this thread but not the original request.

What’s wrong over there?

You can believe me or not, but I don’t have spam filter on that email used to contact with support and ticket number is lost. I’m not complaining, because support usually doesn’t solve my problems. Better way is forum community. Support ticket is an extremity, but sometimes necessary e.g. someone want to change his theme name. The fastest way is send a message to reviewer through his profile page with ticket id. Without sending directly an email to a reviewer, I’m sure it’ll take much more time. :P
