Hi there. I was hoping to use the Envato API to verify a customer’s purchase and give them priority support on my ticket system, however I’m not sure how I can test this to ensure it’s working. Is there a way I can test this on my own products?
I recently added this to my own ticketing system.
The way I tested it was by signing up another account and purchasing one of my own products. Unfortunately I don’t think there is any other option.

You could ask a buyer, eg: Thank you for emailing our support system. In order to provide priority support to our buyers we need to verify the purchase. Please email through a copy of the item purchase code so we can verify the purchase and provide support. Then you have a valid customer purchase code and can test the API as much as you like. Or yep, just buy your own item.
