First of all..I know its the wrong place to complain about it. But seriously I am wating now 3 weeks for my december withdrawal.
I already sent 2 support tickets and it seems payment issues are handled slower than other issues. I also sent a file issue and it was solved in 2 days. Payment issues take up to 5 days to get answered. Serious?
My first support ticket was closed and you told me that manual transfer will be made at friday.. This was over a week ago and last friday I also did not get any money. In the first ticket you told me that the withdrawal could not completed, because something is wrong with my mail address, but I can not believe that. A friend sent money to the same address and it was working without any problems. I sent you also an alternative mail address and paypal mail addresses. Honestly I think that you are holding back my money with purpose!!
This is a serious issue. I am not talking about a few dollars, I am wating for several thousand dollars. Thats a heavy issue for me and never thought that you are treating an auhtor like that, who already sold over 100,000$ for you.
Here is the number of the current opened ticket: Ticket ID: XSH-575-67356

It’s really odd, especially because it’s about money. I hope you get them asap.

hm… very strange…
Radykal, did you ask anything at your bank? Maybe the money are on hold in the banking system somewhere. Maybe some banks changed their info like SWIFT code or address. Could happen.

No, the withdrawal has not been made. I still see it at the right side in my withdrawal tab.
