I can confirm that I have already faced with the same issues twice, each time in a new month. Each time I created ferocious ticket, and each time my payments were processed almost immediately.

I would even say that it looks like they have huge issues with support staff. Tickets are processed tremendously slowly.

Yes thats fine when something went wrong, humans/machines are making mistakes. But I think I already waited too long for my money. I sent them all necessary mails and details to proceed with the withdrawal.

Maybe I should apply for that job and the first task would be completing my withdrawal by myself

Yes, yes, I’ve seen it… But looks like nothing changed since they’ve started hiring. Also it irritates me that they hide ability to view my open tickets at support center. I can’t figure out at what stage my tickets are, who is assigned to it, etc… Support is quite poor nowadays…

Withdrawal of all earnings at 31 Dec 2012 23:59:59 via Moneybookers to [mymail]. To be processed on 15 Jan 2013. Requested on 14 Dec 2012
Just requested staff reply for this.
@radykal, did you get any clarification from support about this withdrawal tab message?
Hope you gt it sorted Radykal.
Just a side note if you open a support ticket, how the f**k do you see its progress… isnt it just a case of hold one finger in the air and squint

lol. But in all seriousness, tickets for trouble with payments should always just be be bumped to the top of the queue.

Payment tickets are all handled through the Account department put I’ll make sure Support gets a status update from them. We certainly don’t want you to wait for your money. Thanks!
