Envato Birthday Bundle

Helllo,

I bought the birthday bundle a while back, downloaded it, saved it to my external hard drive for later use. Never got around to needing the package until now, only problem is my hard drive went missing or was stolen. I need the birthday bundle files but cant download from my account.

Is there any way to get this download package from anyone? Anyone else who bought it have a copy? I cant find a download link anywhere online, and I did pay for the files so I’d like to get to atleast use them…

Envato should have thought about that. I’m surprised they didn’t, very acward. Very very weird…

You should email cyan, because she was the one who released the bbundle. She’ll see that you bought it, and she’ss send it to you . And hopefuly they’ll do something to prevent this from happening.

They disabled the file, so automatically the download was disabled as well. I think…

Yes – there were clear instructions that it was available for purchase and download for a limited time period only. Not sure you can do anything at this point I’m afraid.

I hope they will solve this problem. It was huge download andd maybe there is more people which didn’t downloaded it as soon as they purchased it and it was disabled pretty quick.

Even though I downloaded the pack, one portion corrupted so I thought I’d wait for things to quieten down before I downloaded it again. It took over 10 hours to download the entire pack, so it’s great to know I can download just the portion that corrupted…

I didn’t know it was stated in the file that download was for limited time . If cyan won’t send you the files, ask her to send me an email that it’s ok for me to send you the files, and I will. Hope you understand that I can’t do it unless I’m certain you bought the package .
