Envato Birthday Bundle!

I got a few questions about the birthday bundle, 1) How much will it cost? 2) Will the files be separate not all in one big file, I have a slow internet connection. 3) When is Envato’s Birthday?

I want to know that too.

Last year the birthday bundle cost 20$ ( if I remember correctly ) and it was one big file – almost 900 mb. The total cost of the elements inside it was 300$ so it was kinda a bargain.

The birthday begun on 19th august and went for 3 days.

do they select all the files or can you put your forward for it like file of the month, if so does any one have a link?

I think Collis personally selects all the files.

And i believe he said it is going to be worth $400 this year for the 4 years because of the success of last years one.

Envato’s bday is around August 18th but the celebration extends for a couple of days with giveways on the blogs and other member sites. The bday bundle is available for one day though.

Last year the Bbday bundle was worth $300 for around $20. I think this year it will probably cost the same.

Honestly, I purchased the last year bday package motivated for the marketing around it but I didn’t use most of the files included in it. Envato came out with a way to make a lot of sales in one day.

I think there was a thread made by Amanda sometime back for if someone would like to have their file included in birthday bundle. Not sure though. Or may be it was simply a reply to some thread?

The files to be included in this year’s birthday promotions have already been chosen. I think Raincutter was referring to the tweet I did from the @graphicriver twitter a few days back asking for nominations—I never made a thread in the forums because of forum rules regarding self-linking and so forth.

I can neither confirm nor deny exactly what we’re doing this year, but picking out files to feature is always a difficult choice with all the great talent around here! I’m looking forward to our birthday celebration—thanks to EVERYONE for helping make GR a great place.
