I’m the one with problems on the comments section ... When I start scrolling it’s fine for a while, up to a point where suddenly the screen goes black and I can’t get out of the app! I have to press the HOME button on my phone several times and then the app crashes

Unfortunately there is a system crash on my Samsung Galaxy Note with ICS . When I get a new comment or sale, I am enabling wifi and connect, then immediately the phone is crashed for a few seconds (perhaps 10 seconds) then I get e message “aEnvato has stopped. Report Close”.

I think there should be a check for the connection first before attempting to search for new account updates right?

Nope I am just kidding… Will be fixed once probably

I really love this app but I was disappointed to find that it stopped updating after the latest update. Is there something I need to do to get it working again? I have a samsung stratosphere android smartphone. Thanks!

Hi there… Send me info about your OS. If you have OS 2 .2 or above it should work. If not, uninstall app and install it again… Please inform me how it goes…

Thanks. I have OS 3 .x but uninstalling and reinstalling seems to have worked. Not really sure what happened there but thanks for your help. It shows the right info now.

It is possible that I installed this app before changing my username (I honestly can’t remember, I didn’t think so but maybe) so I guess it wouldn’t have been connecting right if that’s the case. I might recommend that the connection throw an error to the user if it finds the credentials don’t work. I know it does when first setting up the app, but maybe during it’s check it should also do that.
