Hello there… Problem is detected as far as I can see, but I am not sure will it be fixed… I must contact Envato…
For push notifications in aEnvato (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ba.dysko.envato) I use few scripts on server with IP 65.98.40.194... As far as I can see – Envato has blocked requests from this IP address and simply – it is reason why it won’t work…
If you want to help me – please contact Envato and ask them to check why did they block that IP and what I should do to get it back

It’s probably from your app making too many requests to the server. If you like, you can open a Support ticket to check, but one ticket is enough
There’s no need to flood the support system with multiple requests. Thanks!

Hi there… I’ll ask them… But… Serverside app is requesting information up to 6 requests per hour for 1 user/APIkey pair… But there is over 300 users now…
