Unfortunately yes, joining an already running competition on Nike+ is not possible.

Just got back from my run, I can see why you like running, this is addicting :)

I ran more than yesterday today, but had no problems unlike before. Today I took a bottle of water with me and made a rule to drink after every 1.5km, I believe yesterday I passed out because of dehydration.

I’m so glad now that this challenge was initiated by Envato, it might as well improve the quality of my life.

Today, I walked instead. Don’t want to burn out too soon. Got 28 days to go. It was raining from start to finish but I took an umbrella this time, unlike yesterday :P

Well I felt nothing bad from yesterday, my feet were sore a bit but nothing that bothered me.

I guess I had luck in choosing my running shoes, I took some old pumas I had since high school (they were pretty much like new due to my low activity :P) and they feel great.

You have some interesting scenery, nice photos. I run through town mostly, quite a lot of people to avoid, but running in night hours helps.

Pretty common for new runners. I had my time with those. You must find a running pace that the least pressure on your legs. If you hear your legs clapping with the road, you are doing it wrong. :)
Also, it’s not something that can be ignored. Can give a lot of trouble.


So, is there any way I can join at this time? Or is too late?
