Hello Christian! Thanks for checking it for me. I did not get any email from the support staff. All your domains are in the white list :) (checked the spam and bulk folders) Maybe you have some problems with the email notifications?

why not using something like steam support, where all messages back and forth are on their server. You don’t lose any message for spam or other reasons

I do not think there is a spam or other reasons, because when the ticket is submitted I’m getting email with all the details like ticket ID, etc… without any problems. They do not get to the spam or bulk folders.

Envato support is pretty slow. I created a ticket on the 28th of July and it’s still not resolved. I’m getting approximately 1 message a week from the support person which is ridiculous.

Sorry to hear about the time it’s taking to reach a solution :( . Your issue is a bit more complex for a number of reasons, and needed to go through a couple of different departments. It was last updated on Monday, so hopefully we’re not too far away from a solution now :grin:
