I lost my password, and tried to recover it. I received email with this title “Lost password request for Envato Support Center”. I change the pass, but, when i try to enter system writes me “Invalid email or password”.
What should I do?

I had the same problem some day ago. With the Firefox browser the login popup menu closes itself sometimes even before you entered the email and/or password completely You have to try it more until it works.
It doesn’t seem like Envato support replies to customer emails or support tickets. I have issued two tickets over 2 weeks ago and have not even received an acknowledgement.

Please check your spam folder as it’s likely the replies have ended up in there. Support has been banging out the tickets like crazy lately so its highly likely that the reply was sent through.
