What can i do to make them answer faster. It has been 2 days and i already tweeted them the #id. I need them to answer faster. What can i do. Even google support is faster and they have a lot more queries. They answered in 4h!!!

This is true… Envato Support is not really good exacly not really fast, but take into consideration that in Melbourne is now midnight

1. They are not all located there.
2. Two days in time also has more than 1 night. It has day time. So that is not an excuse.

Tweeting the Number of the ticket to @envato_support is going on for more than a year now. Now everybody knows that which has lead that everybody is doing so. Perfect example on how to channel the support requests to another target. While a few months ago this has worked it doesn’t now.
Next Tip: Call the Number 123-456-789 / 0.
But btw: A Hotline would be nice

also remember it was a Holiday weekend in the US(not that that should be an excuse)
