It just keeps happening and it really feels like envato has very little respect for our work when support don’t even bother contacting the author before soft disabling the item.
+1 Envato should notify the authors about the items that are in question.

About the two prices options is definitely an awesome idea, paying 35 dolars for a theme itself and then ask for support and assuming the author is always there to respond should be taken a price for it.
First, Envato need to contact authors and share why he want to soft-disable the item because sometimes problem is 5 min fix. Second , support is not required with this low price …
And this is not first time when autor complain , take the action and stop ruin autor hard work.

One of our themes was soft-disabled a few days ago because when the WP toolbar is active, there is a page where an element was half-hidden because the admin bar pushed the whole page down.
It is be reasonable to ask us to fix that, but removing the theme from the marketplace only for that reason doesn’t make any sense to me… at all.
