Have you guys checked envato.com in IE6 ? Well, it doesnot view properly.

Themeforest requires that we have IE6 support for all the xhtml templates and WP themes we are submitting.

I would like to see this mistake fixed before any of my new themes get rejected for IE6 incompatibility

You wrote a good point. Firstly, check your site before rejecting author items.

If Envato want us to support IE6 , it’s for our own intereset. They want our theme to sell well and our client to be happy.

Envato.com doesn’t need to be fixed for IE6 because it’s not a ’’product’’ that is sold to a lot of customer.

It’s their choice.

Envato.com and selling templates to end users is something totally different. If you provide a product you should be providing support (even if its IE 6 :()

The fact is envato isn’t a product its a website and I congratulate them for dropping IE 6 , the web cant move forward without dropping support for it, however we have an obligation to provide a product that is supported by its users, don’t make Envato out to be a hypocrite because they are not. Let me stress this one more time, Envato.com is not the same as a product.

Well people are now updating, come on if your target is using IE6 is like going back to 1995, is what I say to my costumers, and about the Envato site, well I don’t think anybody that is over the web development business uses this browser as its main way to access internet, is like trying to find a hair on fine restaurant soup.
