There is only one way to check manually, count all the templates with the publish date from 2 NOV till date in the “Facebook” category.
To sum it up for you, there are already more than 30 submissions for this EMW

By Facebook Compatible, it means that the template 810px in width.
So a template should be set to “Facebook Compatible” to be qualified for this event

Authors are allowed to add/include their Facebook Template with any existing template or theme, but the “bundled” item will not be eligible for any part of this contest, only the individual Facebook Template item/submission.
